Mila Rodrigues
Senior Project Manager & Producer
I’m Mila, a senior project manager and producer with a curious mind, a practical streak, and a soft spot for ambitious work. I bring people together, make the complicated manageable, and help teams do work they’re proud of. Consider me your tamer of chaos, with everyone’s best interests at heart.

Better handoffs. Earlier alignment. Fewer preventable surprises. Sometimes the most creative solution is fixing how the work flows.
Good people shouldn’t need supernatural powers to navigate everyday work. I question assumptions, make expectations clearer, and help build ways of working that account for actual humans.
My role is to create the conditions where people can do their best work: clarity, trust, room to contribute, and someone willing to listen, advocate, and follow through.
I lead with service before authority. Accountability matters, and so does making sure people have the tools, context, and support to meet their commitments.
Clarity is a form of kindness. Clear expectations and transparent communication reduce uncertainty and let creative and technical specialists focus on what they do best.
The people closest to the work bring essential insight. I create space for their ideas, questions, and expertise to shape decisions, with curiosity and respect.
People should feel safe asking questions, admitting mistakes, and saying “I don’t know.” I expect growth from myself as much as from anyone around me.
A few words from people I’ve worked alongside.
“I've never known anyone who struck a better balance between meeting the client's needs and meeting our own as the creative team.”
“Her dedication to quality and her willingness to go the extra mile made a noticeable impact on both our team and our clients.”
“She'll go out of her way to learn new skills and understand complex technical issues so that she can properly communicate with her team and with her clients.”
“During my time as interim manager over our PM team, I was consistently impressed by her ability to provide immediate, accurate project updates and her proactive approach to problem-solving.”
In all my years working on a variety of 3D projects, I have never had a manager more sharp, compassionate, or detail-oriented than Mila. I've never known anyone who struck a better balance between meeting the client's needs and meeting our own as the creative team. It can be easy in this line of work to disregard the human cost of any project, but she was always mindful of every single element and quick to ensure that no one was ever being taken advantage of. She kept morale high and made us feel like our work had genuine meaning and value, and in an industry where every second of work matters, that is an invaluable gift.
Mila Rodrigues is one of those rare professionals who bridges the gap between project management and technical execution with ease. During her time on our team, she consistently demonstrated not only strong organizational skills but also a hands-on, get-it-done mentality that made her an invaluable asset on every project. Mila is the kind of PM who doesn’t just oversee a timeline—she dives in, solves problems, and adds real value through her technical understanding. Her dedication to quality and her willingness to go the extra mile made a noticeable impact on both our team and our clients. She’s fun, quick-witted, and brings great energy to the room—but when it’s crunch time, she’s all business and knows how to keep a project on track.
In my 16 years of working in digital marketing and production I've seen many Project Managers come and go and I can honestly say that Mila is one of the best I've ever had the pleasure to work with. She is very organized and has a deep understanding of the technical side, so I don't feel like I'm working for someone who doesn't understand what I do on a deep level. She'll go out of her way to learn new skills and understand complex technical issues so that she can properly communicate with her team and with her clients. Mila is extremely upbeat and kind and she puts the needs of her production team and clients first. If all project managers were like Mila, the world would be a better place.
I wholeheartedly recommend Mila, a highly accomplished and dedicated project manager. Her seven-year tenure at our company has been marked by exceptional client service and project execution. Mila consistently prioritizes client satisfaction, demonstrating a remarkable ability to manage complex projects with precision and efficiency. Her dedication is unparalleled, often going above and beyond to ensure project success. During my time as interim manager over our PM team, I was consistently impressed by her ability to provide immediate, accurate project updates and her proactive approach to problem-solving. Mila's commitment to process improvement and her willingness to learn new skills, including coding, video editing, and other things not typical to a PM, to overcome obstacles, sets her firmly apart. Any team would be fortunate to benefit from her client relationship management, process improvement, and detailed project oversight expertise.

I’m Mila Rodrigues, a senior project manager and producer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, systems, and human-centered thinking. For 15+ years, I’ve helped creative and technical teams turn messy ideas into executable plans and ship meaningful work, while making the experience thoughtful, collaborative, and even delightful for everyone involved.
I bring direction, follow-through, and a steady hand, with the clarity, trust, and support people need to do their best work. I listen closely, connect perspectives, advocate for realistic commitments, and keep teams, clients, and leadership informed and involved. I’ll roll up my sleeves, chase the loose ends, and stay with a problem until we have a way forward.
Beyond project work, I chair a Silicon Slopes chapter focused on neurodiversity and inclusion, and restore vintage furniture through Found Again. I’m an amateur astronomer and member of the Salt Lake Astronomical Society, a yogi, a cosplayer, and an enthusiastic participant in assorted nerdy endeavors: conventions, D&D, anime, and comic books.
Depending on the evening, you might find me behind a telescope, beneath several layers of costume and makeup, or in a mosh pit. My taste in music is questionable. My commitment to the bit is not.
